WATN- Irving Fryar
Well ladies and gentlemen it is officially DALLAS week. The cockroaches will make their annual trip to Philadelphia and hopefully leave at 3-4. If the Eagles can hold off the Dallas offense, the Eagles can take sole position of 1st place in the NFC East.
Irving grew up in Mt. Holly township, New Jersey and attended Rancocas Valley Regional High School. From High School, he went onto attend the University of Nebraska. After 3 years at the school and being named an All-American in 1983, he decided it was time for the NFL. The New England Patriots made Fryar the number one overall pick in the 1984 draft. During his NFL career he played in four NFL cities including the Eagles from 1996-1998.

To this day Fryar still holds some NFL records. They include: a touchdown from 19 different passers, 16 consecutive seasons with at least 2 TD’s, 1st player ever to record a touchdown in at least 17 straight seasons, oldest player to receive 4 touchdowns in one game and second most receiving yards (211) in a half.
