Here at Eagles Faithful, we decided to take a popular feature that is used on our sister site Flyers Faithful. That feature is none other than “Five Questions.”
Our first Five Questions segment will focus on Eagles training camp. What currently is the biggest area of concern on the Eagles?
Barry Petchesky: Everything? (This is not necessarily a bad thing!)
There isn’t a team harder to predict than these Eagles. Anything that could have gone wrong last year did–injuries, turnovers, the offensive line, the secondary. It’s tough to tell how many of those issues were flukes, and how many were fundamental problems with the roster or with the coaching staff.
That coaching staff is gone, which makes it even harder to translate 2012 to this season. The offense will be unrecognizable. The defense will be much more complex. Grasping the changes will be mentally trying, and when put into practice it’ll be physically exhausting.
