The Eagles entered the Oakland Coliseum and leave after righting their offensive ship.
Nick Foles tied an NFL record with seven touchdown passes while throwing for 406 yards on 22/28 passing, leading the Eagles (4-5) to a 49-20 victory over the Oakland Raiders (3-5). Foles registered a perfect quarterback rating of 158.3.
The Arizona product found seven different receivers and threw a touchdown to five of those. DeSean Jackson and Riley Cooper led the way with 10 receptions for 289 yards and three touchdowns. Foles was able to get his tight ends involved as well, as both Brent Celek (3 catches for 27 yards) and Zach Ertz (5 catches for 42 yards) had touchdowns.
An underrated note of the game is how well the Eagles defense played. Led by veteran linebacker DeMeco Ryans (11 tackles), the defense surrendered 560 total yards but forced two interceptions, by Bradley Fletcher and Connor Barwin, respectively.
Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor failed to throw or run for a touchdown, but recorded 288 yards passing, but also had two interceptions. Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks spent much of the game spying Pryor, but the mobile quarterback was still able to run for 94 yards.
