First place is on the line in the NFC East this weekend as the Dallas Cowboys invade Philadelphia.
Oh yes, it is Dallas Week.
There have been countless memories from Wilbert Montgomery gashing the Dallas defense, to the pickle juice game, to 44-6.
This game should be another hard fought, contested battle.
Expect tensions and emotions to be high and the rivalry to take another step forward.
Let’s get to the breakdown.
Quarterback: Tony Romo vs. Nick Foles
Advantage: Cowboys. As well as Foles is playing, Tony Romo is playing that much better.
Nick Foles has been exceptional for the Eagles over the last couple of games and has looked to be in complete control of the offense. Foles faces the number 30th ranked pass defense.
Romo has been playing the best football of his career, but still falls prey to the untimely interception. Romo faces the number 31st ranked pass defense. Expect an ol’ fashion shootout.
Running Back: Joseph Randle vs. LeSean McCoy
Advantage: Eagles. The Cowboys lost starting running back DeMarco Murray to a knee injury last week. Randle, a rookie, will be filling in. Lance Dunbar and Phillip Tanner will flag him.
