The Philadelphia Eagles 53-man roster is, umm, interesting.
Since cut down day Saturday, the Eagles have 21 new faces from a year ago. That is almost a turnover rate of fifty percent! The only other team that had as much turnover are Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs.
Before cut down, Chip Kelly said he would have final say. Seeing that Casey Matthews not only survived being cut on Saturday, but also survived the the being waived after the Eagles claimed a cornerback and signed a linebacker.
So how is this season going to shake out for the Eagles? Who is still going to be on the roster at the end of the season? Those are both questions that we won’t know until later, but until then, we can analyze the new Eagles roster.
